"For starters, I would say i'm a realtors worst nightmare...very picky, first home, required lots of hunting land, newer home, barn, good schools, no neighbors, a bargain, the list goes on and on. Honestly i never thought i would find a home which fit my criteria. Jeff is a trooper, we viewed countless homes throughout 2016, all with 20+ acres. Being the intrigued methodical person i am, i walked every inch of every acre of each property i viewed...Jeff was right there with me the entire time. You tell me a realtor who would sweat his a** off trekking through mud, valleys, poison ivy, mosquito infested woods and not complain? I doubt you can. I bombarded Jeff with texts, emails, and phone calls inquiring about property's or wanting to schedule viewings. Jeff always responded promptly and was available to show homes while working around my very busy schedule. Not once did he seem aggravated or annoyed with my persistent demeanor. Unfortunately my generation is not taken seriously in many aspects of life...especially financials. Most realtors wouldn't have dealt with me for this long. If i was in Jeff's shoes, i would have dropped a picky guy like myself after the first few viewings. We even viewed a home(at my request) that was listed by Jeff and his company. As much as it pained me, Jeff stood by his code and would not share any financial information about the seller or their bottom dollar even though he would have received double commission. Not only is this something you want from a selling agent but from a buying agent as well(If hes not sharing the sellers financial info with me, hes not sharing my financial info with the seller= neutral party). Unfortunately on this deal we could not come to terms but Jeff did offer to give a portion of his commission up if it would help settle the deal. All in all, in this day and age its hard to find ethical people, finding an ethical realtor....now that's a task in itself. Fortunately i came across Jeff- dedicated, knowledgeable, process oriented, easy to work with, responsive, and able to handle everything from beginning to finish. Jeff earned his commission...."
